I bought this product because I read reviews about how good the quality was, especially how great the suction wands are. The suction power was terrible and it went away immediately. I switched to a vent clip which broke after about 4 months. The loading function never worked. I contacted the seller, they asked me to provide my details and did not answer. I bought two of these. One for my husband's car, one for mine. I thought maybe my phone case is too thick but I can put it on mine and it works great. The suction didn't work on him either, plus he has to use a vent clip. Terrible product and poor customer service.
