This thing is the best. I sprained my ankle and every time I ran for more than 20 minutes my ankle swelled up. It went like this for three weeks. Eventually I got tired of not being able to play Ultimate so I bought this ankle sleeve. I played for 8 hours and after taking it off my ankle didn't swell. However, when I'm not wearing them, my ankle swells a bit after any physical activity. This sleeve is great. Thin enough to fit in my boots, does the job and is very affordable. If I ever sprain my second ankle I won't hesitate to buy another one. I recommend it to everyone.
