The old fan was so loud I thought there was something seriously wrong with my laptop. Knowing it was a fan, I researched and bought one for my HP TPN-C126 laptop. The only problem I had was getting the defective connector out of the motherboard. It took me 10 minutes to get the thing out. But this fan was very easy to install and operate. When I turned the laptop on with it I had to put my ear to the exhaust to hear the fan, it was so quiet. And the price was right. Other people seem to have issues with this fan's durability, so I'll come back if I have any issues in the long run. But for now an A+ from me.
