Works well but smells bad
Soothing heat lasts quite awhile. Started smelling like dead minnows after 8 times microwaving. Smell is so strong that it gets into my clothes and lingers for hours. Replaced a buckwheat filled one after 10 years of use with this one because the old one started to smell bad. This one works as well but smells worse than the old one.
- Keeps your neck warm, has a lovely stank to it.
- It may not be eco-friendly due to its dependence on electricity
