It works out? Who knows.
Unlike some other Honest beauty products I've tried, the dispenser/spray actually works well. It sprays a really even, fine mist onto my face without dripping. I can't say I really notice any changes from using this product - neither for better nor for worse, so it's probably something. I don't know if this "works" as I don't even know how much blue/ultraviolet light I'm exposed to that I need to protect myself from. But since it doesn't cause me any problems and I like the ingredient list, I understand what the harm is? If it's secretly useful and not secretly harmful to my skin, then I'm fine with it. It will take a very long time to use up this whole bottle.
