These pencils are useless.
I always use white materials on black paper. These pens do not create opacity. After several layers, the pigment looks like a gray fill over other colors. You can't even use them to add highlights. These are cheap little pencils, but useless. By the way, why is Revane asking to rate the article in terms of "transparency"? Seriously, I want to know what they mean, please help me understand!
