Nice and firm. Looks exactly like pictured. Not quite the perfect fit for my chairs; I probably should have measured the chair seats before ordering. They fit good enough and I am just too lazy to return and order different cushions. The cushions stay on the chair by two small ties and have a little bit of grip on the bottom to help stay in place.
