Before the update it worked fine. They have the worst customer service!

The key worked fine (not great) when I bought it. After installing the software update as well as updating the dongle firmware, I can no longer use it. Delay on a phone call 5s. After numerous attempts to contact support, they finally sent me a file claiming to have the latest firmware, which my computers recognize as corrupt.
