Review on Zoho CRM by Ricky Habbani

I love how easy it was to get up an running my first week! The onboarding process takes less than 10 minutes and you are ready to go from there. It makes our lives so much easier when we have everything under one roof! We were able to start using this product immediately after signing into their website which made things very simple right out of the gate. There really isn't anything i dislike about this software as far as functionality goes but if your looking at other options then maybe try them before going this route (we did). We needed something where employees could input information quickly and easily without having any knowledge or previous experience. This program does just about every thing that we need within its own dashboard. I like the ability to share documents with my co-workers. The fact that it integrates with our internal database makes this an extremely valuable tool for us. Sometimes we have issues with the software freezing up or crashing which forces us to restart, and sometimes when it does happen you can't get out of it. It has helped us organize our data much better so that our managers are able to keep track of who has what information about their customers.
