Great device for its purpose. In my case I checked a low area next to the drain pump. Initially I couldn't get my ISY994i hub to find the leak sensor and connect it with the normal "Start pairing" function. This is because the PLM connected to or used by the ISY994i hub only works over the power line connection and will only see Insteon devices (e.g. the lamp module) connected to the power line. The water sensor unit is wireless only, so the PLM cannot detect it directly through the normal ISY pairing process. Instead, use the New Insteon Device menu item in the ISY admin panel instead of the Start Pairing option. Enter the water sensor address printed on the bottom label of the device (e.g. 4C.81.F3) in the ISY Address field, then (optionally) enter the sensor name in the Name field, and then select Delete. Existing Shortcuts" and press Enter. As long as you have another dual-mode Insteon device nearby (that communicates both power line and wirelessly), such as a Lamp Linc device, ISY will detect the water sensor immediately. Works great!
