This child gate was very easy to assemble on our patio. We use it to keep our dogs off the deck when we have company. The gate has 4 screw elements that touch the wall to hold the gate in place. That's all you need to install the gate. These gates have a locking mechanism that can be opened with one hand. It can be enlarged with an attachable adjuster according to your space. These gates are functional, easy to install and very easy to use.
