My husband bought it for me after an endometriosis laparoscopy. I haven't had surgery yet, but I still use it because it helps with increased pain when driving. I can't wear tight jeans anymore because it hurts. A tight seat belt isn't better, of course, but this little one helps me feel comfortable on the road. Haven't used the Hot/Cold Pocket yet, but so far everything seems pretty well made and durable. I'm glad the filling isn't lumpy like I thought it would be. Taking a star off because a plain piece of fabric, cotton and velcro/zips really should cost a little less than this and I also wish there were more colours/designs. In general, I definitely recommend it
