I bought a small version of this fly mask for my mare who has a 14 arm head. While the fly mask seems to fit, there is a gap at the top (between her ears and above her bangs) and a medium swoosh around the underside of her nose. Headroom is mostly achieved by my mare having a lot of forehead hair, but with thin foreheads this can be a problem. The bottom gaps don't seem to be much of a problem except when a fly manages to crawl under the mask. To solve this problem I put SWAT on her face where the bottom of the mask was gaping. If you are considering ordering this mask and it is working great after fixing the fit issues, consider ordering one size down. Otherwise a very well processed mask that should last a long time.
