ListenLoop is very easy to use. It doesn't take too long to get used to the interface and the tools. There is a lot of room for customization and the customer support is very responsive and helpful. I think the customer support could use a little work and the pricing could be more competitive. I highly recommend ListenLoop to anyone who is interested in a quality tool to help with their account-based marketing efforts. We have been able to increase the click-through rate on our campaigns by over 50% and have seen a significant increase in overall campaign performance.
