Review on ConnectWise Sell by Punk Espinoza

The tool is great for managing my quotes, proposals and contracts. I like that it can be set up to automatically e-mail people when I send them a quote or proposal if they don't respond within a certain amount of time. Sometimes there are issues with getting an automatic reply back from someone who doesn't pick up the phone. It may just be me but I think this happens more often than not. But the other side of that coin is that if you're working in a large office with many employees, it's easy to miss things until it's too late. This is where the automated responses come into play. If you have a lot of clients, then you have to make sure that you have enough time to keep up with all of their requests. You also have to make sure you have enough time to respond to each request individually as well. We've been able to streamline our process quite a bit using Connect.
