We have been using this cart for about 10 months now and it is one of the best things we have bought from Revain. Seems to be holding up well. The only thing missing is one of the small plastic legs on the bottom bar that rests on the ground, which appears to have broken off. but it is not important. My wife teaches card making at the local senior center and is a member of the Miniature Club, which meets monthly. I helped her pack the cart and load and unload it from the car many times. It's really cool how the wheels "run" up the stairs. Simple but effective design. And thanks to its light weight, it's a lot easier to unload when I'm not around. She's 73 and not that strong, so that's great for her. I was expecting the fabric portion of this belt to tear or a wheel or two to fall off, but I was happily disappointed in that expectation. :-) I asked them this morning if I should give 4 or 5 stars. She said 5 and then changed it to 4 because she wished the part of the bag itself had some sort of cloth handle so she could easily grab it when loading and unloading the trolley into the car. Anyway, we usually use the top handle and bottom bar when loading. It's easy for me because I'm 10 years younger, much stronger and have a bigger wingspan. But it could be a design suggestion. I don't think it deserves a star less. This is definitely a 5 star product.
