After watching countless videos and listening to old friends of RAM with 18" Magnaflow, I settled on the 14" Mufflex. Ultimately, I really wanted to be able to hear the rumble and roar of my RAM and found the 18 to be too quiet. With a 14-inch wheel, you won't hear all that much noise under normal driving conditions, but it comes out in WOT. Very minimal (virtually no) rumble around 16,000 rpm, music or closed windows will take care of that. I installed it on a truck less than a year old, a block of wood and a hammer will come in handy. I used an electric shock (about 300 feet) to clamp it without leaking. My only complaint is that my driver's side tip seems about 1/4 inch wider. Could this be user error during installation (I have custom 5" exhaust tips so I just trimmed them)? I installed it myself in less than 1.5 hours.
