Used to replace the original thermostat on a 2003 Nissan Altima S Automatic with approximately 180,000 miles. THERMOSTAT STANT 14678 is supplied with the required gasket. Your old gasket will be swollen and almost impossible to reinstall once you've ripped the radiator line off the thermostat housing, so replace it! Expect at least about 3-4 liters of coolant. It's not hard to do, it just can be messy and environmentally friendly. . Keep children and pets away from the coolant!
