Doesn't leak. - Cargo Carriers
I've had two of these units recently, one from Harbor Freight and one from Camping World. They both leaked - bad no matter what I do. The port cargo bag was a real disaster. This one is much better built, uses better materials and has a waterproof wraparound pad with velcro closure. We haven't had any leaks in over 6 months of use as long as everything is sealed properly. I wish there were buckles on the webbing straps. It also fits perfectly with the grow basket bought from the same company.
