Material Release of the best in pots

Attention buyers! This pan has a REAL material problem. I bought one about a year ago. And just after I cooked the soup and left it in the sink overnight, I noticed that a few stains appeared on the side and bottom. They look like small rust spots. While some can be erased with a sponge, others remain. I'm a very visual person and that's why I bought this pan - it's beautiful and ergonomic - but now I have to look at these points every time I use it. Also, this problem requires more dishwashing work, which means I always have to grab a heavy-duty washcloth, scrub thoroughly and harder than usual to remove new stains. I hope Cuisinart changes their metal formula otherwise this pan will be my last purchase from this brand. The photo to the left shows the chipped and discolored bottom of a classic Cuisinart Chef stainless steel casserole. In the photo on the right is a similar pan from another manufacturer. Used in the same house. age over three years.
