Works and looks good. All of those reviews that show the rubber stock pulling through the chrome don't use their heads when installed. Chrome is a sleeve that is instantly removed when removing the cap. It should be removed before threading it through the hole in the wheel and replaced after installation. It's not that hard to find out. You also need to use lube and a valve stem tool to pull it out, no valve stem can just be pushed through the hole, they need to be pulled out with the right tool. Get it right and they are perfect!
