Doesn't work for additive manufacturing products

For $14 I don't have to worry about returning the product. I bought this part this morning at a nearby store for $25 because the part I got yesterday didn't work, of course it was more expensive but at least it worked. I am not at all happy to receive a defective part in the mail.
