In one of the reviews I read that espresso is obtained without foam - there really isn’t much of it, but I personally don’t understand the joke of this foam. Here is milk foam - yes, it is very tasty. By the way, I pour sugar immediately into the cup before brewing coffee, it immediately turns out sweet and the foam is not damaged.
