After reading a number of negative reviews about the Bluetooth adapter not working or being recognized by the computer, I was a little hesitant. order a product. However, other reviewers have mentioned that you should download and install the drivers from the Avantree website BEFORE plugging in the bluetooth adapter and it will work fine. I received the device and the packaging labels clearly state that you need to download and install their drivers before plugging in the device. So I don't know how anyone would complain about the device not working if they don't bother to follow the instructions. Whatever it was, it works great for me and now I can freely stand up and wander around the cabin without being tied to wired headphones! Buy it. Follow the instructions. You will not regret it. LET THE FREEDOM OF WIRELESS AUDIO CALLING!
