Review on Taxfyle by Jordan Ford

I like that it's very easy to use, especially if you have never used an online system before! It makes my life easier by allowing me access from anywhere via mobile devices or computers with internet connections (no more having files stored in boxes at home). The only thing i dislike about this software so far has been some of their customer service representatives who seem unhelpful when they could be helpful instead!! Other than those few instances where someone was not as friendly/knowledgeable there are no problems for us currently using them but we will keep our eyes open just incase something comes up down future months / years time etc.. We do all types of taxes including individual state returns & federal e-fileings through various sites such as TurboTax Online which works fine however sometimes its difficult finding out what information needs filling into each field - eg address fields can get confusing since different states require slightly difference info whereas others.
