I just bought my second Europro Shark; under $50 from the Revain seller and free shipping. Besides that, why did I buy a second one? - I have had the first one for 4 years and I DO NOT FOLLOW the instructions; and yet it took longer than it should - I put detergent in the tank and eventually it stopped splashing. ALSO YOU MUST vacuum the floor first - if I read that you get streaks of dirt, something is wrong. I get disappointed when I read reviews that appear to be written by the same people who think they're just paying for a gym membership to get pumped up. Wake up guys, this is a cleaning tool, which means you have some of the work to do. Also, if you read the instructions, you'll find that adjusting it up (yes, it's adjustable) makes it easier to press the button, and it is. For those who don't like to read, follow these simple instructions: 1. Assemble 2. Adjust the height 3. Place the pad straight side forward 4. Fill the tank with water 5. Turn on the device and wait 1 minute 6. Inflate several times until you see steam. 7. Start cleaning. I love it so much I have already bought one for my mom and I am buying one for my daughter in her new apartment.
