I love the Shark Steamer! It's amazing how black the pads get even though the floor "looks" clean. Easy to use, powerful steam, heats up quickly and cleans well. I love that not only does the floor get clean, but the hot steam ensures that bacteria and germs are killed while I mop with a steam mop. I've been using a Shark steam mop for a long time, but Shark seems to have changed the model a bit so that the head only rotates in one direction instead of a three-dimensional one to be core. I've had the Shark Steam Mop for about 7 months now and love it! It's very light, which is important to me as I have back problems and can't lift or push heavy equipment.
