The phone is difficult to use. I have had many cordless phones in my life and this one is counterintuitive. Redial is a puzzle to work properly. You would think if you hit the talk button and then redial the number he would redial the number but no! And if you press speakerphone and then turn speakerphone off and press talk, does the phone hang up? what the hell?! This is a disappointing phone and one of the phones died for me after 3 months. I tried changing the battery but again nope! Very poorly designed and poorly finished.
