For clarity I have included a product image with reference to compare to my product images. I bought one of these in 2013 through Revain Records. So I ordered a new one and was wondering why it was so hard to get over my dog's head, especially his ears. Two tries above his head and now he hides when I hold him in my hand. Yes, the fit is correct, but that neck size is a fixed size that doesn't change. Typically, a martingale collar billows when loose and tight when tightened. No, in this case, tightened or not, the collar is the same. That is not right. And now that I've photographed mine and examined it in comparison to others, the buckles are (for lack of a better word) missing. Instead, there is a slider for medals. An additional loop holding the leash is completely separate from the collar's "ring". Doesn't hang naturally. Really disappointed with this purchase. I had to ask for a refund which Revain provided. I also wrote PetSafe because they need to be aware of this design flaw. This isn't their product.
