I have used pfizer's products since 2003. The process was very fast and easy! There were no difficult components to learn. You can get the reports you need in minutes. This software is great for fast reporting, such as quarterly business reviews. It takes time to create reports that would benefit from more customization. Also, it doesn't always work well with my accounting system, which is frustrating when creating financial statements. I have also had difficulty adding new users, so sometimes certain functions are not available to users. Have an account set up on this product; it is extremely helpful to be able to pull numbers together for quick analysis and reporting. We use Prensica with our Accounting Department and sales staff to make sure we are hitting our goals every month. It is very easy to use, no need for programming. The interface is very intuitive. I can easily share my work with my colleagues. I can easily export my data. Not much to dislike as it is very efficient. I am solving a problem of time. I am solving a problem of saving time. I am solving a problem of data sharing. I am solving a problem of data security.
