10.5 " pan does not lie flat
This is a very light pan and the weight of the handle lifts the pan off the stove. So if you want to preheat it's not possible or at least very inefficient as only the handle of the pan comes in contact with the burner. With all the positive reviews, there were high expectations, but this is just a lightweight, poorly designed pan. i will return it AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
