I used this adapter during a 2 month trip to China and Taiwan and it worked very well. It's thoughtfully designed, compact and appears to be made of quality materials. It features over-voltage, over-voltage, and over-charge protection that many other adapters don't have. Also, the two USB ports proved very useful for charging my camera battery and Kindle reader at the same time as my laptop. Perhaps the best reason to buy this adapter is the great support. When I first tried to use the adapter in Shanghai, I was confused by the instructions on the Pac2Go website as to which plug to use. I called support and while waiting for a connection I found it was 2am in the US. Before I could hang up, someone answered the call! It was Pac2Go's Roger Brinkley working late. Despite the time, Roger was very kind and helpful and eventually helped me figure out which fork to use. Plug it in and plug into the top two cone shaped sockets. Roger said I could also plug the US/Australia into the same two outlets, although I haven't tried that.
