Review on Enhanced Verizon Novatel T1114v LTE Router: Seamless Voice and Fax Connectivity (Latest Version) by Jamal Yang

In my first review, I gave 1 out of 5 points because the device was defective. I tried to log in and cancel my original review but it wouldn't let me. I am now changing my rating for the company to 4/5. They came back to me after asking for a full refund for the defective unit and I ordered a new one which cost me $20 more than the first defective unit but was worth the investment. That's the only reason I gave it a 4/5 because I had to pay $20 more for a second working unit. Works great and this is my 3rd phone to use with my Verizon service instead of Centurylink's internet and phone service. I left Centurylink and switched to Verizon and am now saving $70 a month which will pay for itself quickly with this device.
