Picked it up on my first overnight mountain bike ride yesterday and it was excellent. Super bright, the radiation pattern is wide enough with fairly smooth transitions. Brightness appears to be as advertised, which is rare for lights in this price range. The light itself looks very dense. I like that the battery is built into the main unit, but it adds weight, which got me thinking about jumping and rocking, especially with a somewhat sketchy attachment system. and didn't fit my bars so I removed the turnbuckle and used a zip tie instead. I was concerned about the light wobbling, but I was pleasantly surprised that it stayed perfectly fixed without bouncing. The mounting system looks sketchy, but it's actually pretty solid. Finally, I was expecting the taillight to be something of a disposable item, but it's really quite nice. I have a different tail light that's on my road bike, but it's a bit bigger, and I like having something really small to put on my mountain bike for the short stretch of road between my car and the trail. It can even be recharged, which is surprisingly nice for such an addition. Conclusion: This product is great for the price. I used it with a 900 lumen headlamp on a helmet and had no issues with visibility on the trail.
