Review on ACDelco 215 469 Original Equipment Canister by Troy Simpson
2007 GMC Envoy 4.2L
The receiver fits my 2007 GMC Envoy 4.2L however the bracket is for a different application and there was a piece of metal in one of the hose connectors that I had to remove. (pulled out with a slight twisting motion with pliers) then it came up, see photos to see the part I removed. I only had to remove the spare tire and it is held on the driver's side with 3-13mm bolts and the strut is held on with a 1-13mm bolt and a small clamp (you will need this clamp to fit the new one attach canister to old bracket). It goes down and has three hoses attached to it and that's it, it took me 30 minutes to fight the plastic clamps.
