There is absolutely nothing flimsy or cheap about this golf trainer. It does multiple things at the same time, in a great way! It doesn't teach you anything new or fool you with a "magic move", it just works on flexibility, grip and stretch with every swing! It can be carried around in a mesh pocket and is light enough to keep away at all times. Grip: I've struggled with "too much" grip most of my life. I became adept at correcting 10 other parts of my swing to compensate, resulting in good shots 1/3 of the time and complete inconsistencies the other 2/3. The molded grip is an almost instant fix. I focused on strengthening my swing and the grip is there thanks to the molded grip. Stretch: We all do it. Pick up two clubs at once, take a few hesitant swings, and then hit the breakfast ball on the first tee. Stretching is key not only for warming up before a round, but also for practice! This is where the help really shines. This is a deep stretch you can hold, and it engages your obliques and core, mimicking your swing! How else are you supposed to use your swing muscles if you're not swinging! Strength: We all run for the show, but core strength means stability on the green, let alone club speed. This band gives what I feel is about 15 pounds at max torque (that's just my guess), but it's enough to feel good burn at max spin. No, you won't be using this as your only workout routine, but it's definitely aimed where you need it! Overall, I'm really impressed with this simple device. It's a staple in my workout routine, helps me chill out in the winter, and I probably plan on keeping it in my trunk for a quick warm-up before rounds!
