This is such an improvement over previous humidifiers I've had - nice and modern looking, sleek and I love that you can change the direction of the mist by rotating the top! The tank holds a lot of water and is easy to disassemble, so I'm not afraid to clean it. It's also lighter than expected, even filled with water. In particular, when I first installed it, I let it run for a day before realizing the fog wasn't coming out (you know, set it and forget it). After reading some troubleshooting tips from others who had the same issue, I drained about half the water and tried again - it worked right away. So if it doesn't work the first time you fill it up, give it a try!
