I have received excellent customer service from this company. They are very responsive to my needs and questions as well as prompt in returning calls and emails. The turnaround time for transcriptions is phenomenal! I highly recommend working with them for all of your transcription needs. There really isn't anything that I dislike about the company or their products. If you want an excellent company to work with then look no further. My only need is to get to know the team better so we can begin collaborating together moving forward. I'm currently working on a transcription project that requires thousands of transcripts and this company has been able to keep up with my requests without falling behind on promises made or deadlines missed. I've also used their services for some simple transcription projects. This company does not charge too much for their services and they don't take forever to deliver once hired. I needed someone to transcribe recordings of interviews conducted by an investigative reporter who was writing about police brutality against black men at that time (2014). The turnaround from ordering transcriptions until they were delivered and reviewed satisfied my need as it allowed me plenty enough leadtime before publication so there would be no surprises or delays when publishing articles with quotes taken directly outta interview transcripts!
