Works well but we bought a second one within 3 years
Has always worked well but you should pay attention to their videos and installation instructions as you will need to drill holes. That worked well for us. We ordered a second one within three years, not because it didn't work, but because we drilled a hole in it and put an extra pin in it so it always stays open when we leave. We have a needle in the chain. We didn't ask them for a lifetime guarantee just because we customized them our way. A.
