As another highly acclaimed review notes, it's not very comfortable, but it's not a good posture either. I feel like my butt goes numb after a few hours of use, but it really lets me sit up straight and helps with lower back pain. Using it also prevents me from sitting on my legs/feet which I do far too often. I love how wearable and soft it is.
