These are the neoprene overshoes I bought for my mountain bike shoes. I bought the size X-Large, although according to the size chart the size Large fits me. Maybe the supplier can change that? I did this because I know mountain bike shoes can be larger than most road shoes. I wear 10.5 US or 45 EU shoes. X-Large is great for me. I like the fit and the bottom feels pretty solid and they've held up to moderate use so far. My SPD style boots fit easily. The bottom also has better coverage than other overshoes I've seen. The covers are unlined and not very useful in temperatures below 30 even for short (5 miles) rides. They are best suited for dry, cool/cold weather. The seams are strong, but after prolonged use, they form tiny holes that allow water to leak out. The heel is also open at the back due to the Velcro which also lets water through. The velcro is strong and easy to use, and the reflective piping on the back is good too. The construction is solid for what it is. The price is cheap and the supplier delivered them to me quickly. I like them for the price, but if I want a truly waterproof cover for cold weather I might look elsewhere. They fit most rides and overall I'm happy with my purchase.
