The ability of being able to keep track of all our work orders, from start until finish with ease! I like how it has an online portal as well which makes keeping your business updated very easy in one place instead of having multiple places you have to update each time there's something new going down or happening within your organization. Nothing really at this point but if they ever do add more features then we will definitely be using them again!! We are solving problems such as not knowing exactly where everything went wrong during manufacturing process so now its easier than before when things were done manually without any way of proofing what was actually produced compared to manual labor methods used previously. Also helps us save money because overtime costs go away since employees don't need to come back after hours anymore due to no longer needing someone else working late just to check their progress throughout shift changes etc..
