Before purchasing this professional Bosch hammer I had to believe some negative reviews. Can the quality control be that bad? I mean it's Bosch right? However, I ignored the fact that another reviewer said the face of this hammer is not symmetrical. Not buying wasn't enough, but how about a straight handle? Yeah, a straight hammer handle isn't that much. I mean, how can it go wrong when a manufacturer casts the metal and then inspects the quality as well? You'll see in my photos, when he's upside down on a relatively flat surface, the bubble on the layer I placed above moves from the center to the left. I would think it's a big deal because when someone picks up a hammer and starts working, they assume they are working with a straight object. Yes I'm sure I can get used to working with this hammer but why would I do that when my other hammer is straight and all the other hammers I've seen in shops are straight too. Either get better quality control from your manufacturer in China, or if you can't verify, find another who will really take care of you. For now I'm sticking with Fiskars or Klein.
