I WILL NOT buy any other Bosch hand tool!

Before purchasing this professional Bosch hammer I had to believe some negative reviews. Can the quality control be that bad? I mean it's Bosch right? However, I ignored the fact that another reviewer said the face of this hammer is not symmetrical. Not buying wasn't enough, but how about a straight handle?
