Since my first review I have used the table scraper and bowl scraper in bread baking time and time again. Bench Scraper is what I should have had 30 years ago. back, it's awesome and makes it a lot easier to work with the dough. The same goes for the bowl scraper, which has replaced various spatulas to remove risen batter from the bowl. Stainless steel is strong yet light enough for comfortable handling with a superbly shaped handle. Nothing to like here at all. I initially had a few concerns, which were immediately answered by one of Spring Chef's co-founders, such as the old times and how customer service should be handled. Don't try to understand someone in India or the Philippines without knowing the product and reading the suggested answers on their computer monitor. Great product and company to deal with.
