Fits nicely (with some effort) on a 2000 Chevy Blazer LS. 4 stars because the angles weren't 100% correct, but close enough. Like every piece from China, this one was almost, but not quite, in the right shape. It took a lot of grumbling and twisting to align the filler cap with the screw holes on the rear quarter panel. Luckily, because of the rubber hoses, you can attach and retract them if you loosen them and work hard. You may need the help of a second man. wear to connect. (This isn't the product's fault, just a weird GM design). When removing the old one, do not completely loosen the bolt, but hook it with a new one before connecting the rubber hoses to the fuel tank. Trust me you will never have enough flexibility to adjust it afterwards.
