I read the reviews before buying and ignored the belt problems. I've worn Giro helmets my whole life. never a problem So I took a chance and lost. The tape rubs your face and neck as it is too short. I wore it on the strap loop end and it actually came loose due to friction during a 2 hour mountain bike ride. Jiro contacted and below is her response.
