Review on Garmin nüvi 205 Portable GPS Navigator - 3.5-Inch, Black by Chuck Shapiro

The Garmin Nuvi 205 is easy to use, the screen is bright and clear and it met my expectations. Since it's not a "W" version, it only comes with an ABC keyboard (that's probably its biggest downside). Read on to find out how to change it. If you want to change it to a QWERTY keyboard, just copy the British_English*.* files to your text folder as Qwerty*.* and then edit the Qwerty.gtt file with Notepad. Changing the "lang" and "desc" texts to "QWERTY" and changing the keymap order (you can also expand the keyboard to 9 characters per line by adding more characters). You need to add one character from the first line to the last line because there isn't enough space in the first line, but it's "almost" QWERTY. This is a good product, easy to carry in your pocket and big enough if you don't have vision problems. Otherwise, select the "W" model.
