Not for the faint of heart
We've been told it's ready to use as is - and it says a pack. Let me just say that anyone with any taste buds could not drink this at all without the addition of a serious amount of water. It is similar to syrup but "sugar free". I tried it myself, not just for a person who needs protein and it was awful. When mixed with plenty of water, it can be drunk. Boost Clear is similar but not as potent, and you need to drink a lot less of it to get the same protein. The seller was fantastic. The delivery was very quick.
