It's good if you use it separately.
If you're using this part alone you'll probably be fine, but if you're using it in combination with the factory part it's difficult to remove one or both to gain access to the underside of the console. It would be helpful if there was a small handle in the middle for lifting. Also, it can be a bit longer for a more secure fit, but not so much that it's even more difficult to remove. My last car had one that covered the entire roof and had a lift handle and I loved it. But that was GM, and that's Ford, and I can't find anyone like GM.
